Airlift Synopsis (Story)
The film Airlift stars Akshay Kumar as Ranjit Katyal who helps Indians survive the Iraqi invasion. Starring opposite Akshay Kumar is actress Nimrat Kaur who we had seen in the film The Lunchbox.
Airlift is based on the Gulf war and showcases the biggest evacuation of Indians during the Iraq-Kuwait War.
The film is directed by Raja Menon, produced by Nikhil Advani and T-Series. The film is slated for release on January 22, 2016.
